ACF-Metals provides access to our User Forum to enable visitors to exchange ideas, tips, information, and techniques related to our products and services, as they relate to the individual users application and equipment.

The information posted in the Forum can be viewed by any person.  However, to post or contribute to the Forum, you must be authenticated, and/or an ACF-Metals customer and set up a Forum profile.  After you have been authenticated, you will be prompted to set up a Forums profile.  By checking the box and clicking “I Accept,” you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. ACF-Metals reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time.  By continuing to use the Forum, you accept and agree to the Terms & Conditions, as modified.

You agree that all information submitted at registration is accurate and it is your responsibility to keep that information current.  If ACF-Metals has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration data is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, ACF-Metals may suspend or terminate your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information, and you are responsible for all use of the Forum site accessed through your account information.

At certain points in setting up your Forum profile, or ACF-Metals registration, you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us. Your email address may only be used to send you email directly from ACF-Metals and/or to alert you to any information that you have specifically requested you be notified about.

The Forums are intended for use by adults at least 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, representations and warranties set forth in these Terms & Conditions.

Except as otherwise indicated, the Forum website is geared towards users of ACF-Metals products and services. You may download material displayed on the site for non-commercial, personal use only, provided that you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video without the permission of ACF-Metals. Of course, you are free to encourage others to access the information themselves on this site and to tell them how to find it.

You agree that you will not use the site or material for any purpose that is unlawful both Nationally or Internationally, or prohibited by these Terms & Conditions.  You will not: upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. This is an friendly, International community, to be used as such.  We therefore rely mainly on our moderators and membership to alert us of postings which they feel are inappropriate.
